.Net Software Developer (Maintenance and Support)

BBG Management Corporation is looking for a .Net Software Developer (Maintenance and Support) for a SaaS company in Markham, Ontario. You will work on troubleshooting and addressing tickets involving coding issue.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the L1/2 support teams in managing the support case and ticketing queues
  • Manage cases with consistent and effective client communication until resolution
  • Review ongoing codes, bug fixes, and unit testing and ensure compliance with industries best practices and test cases prior to QA delivery
  • Liaise with software developers, architects, and the product team to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications built using Microsoft technology stack.

Requirements:

  • Experience in web development using ASP .NET/MVC .NET, C#, JavaScript/jQuery
  • 2-4 years of Technical Support and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working with the SQL Server/T-SQL in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the following:
    • Mobile development
    • AngularJS
    • MongoDB
    • Software development models
    • TDD, unit tests, domain driven design, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or in a similar field
  • Authorized to legally work in Canada
