Financial Specialist

BBG Management Corporation is looking for a Financial Specialist to work in a Visa Center Office in Paramaribo, Suriname. This is a Sales support role that supports Customers on the field and is generally based out of the Client premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Payroll, TAX remittance in Suriname, and Handle accounting practices
  • Providing timely feedback/Update to Management regarding the performance of the process and improvement areas
  • Cooperating with the support team to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office
  • Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties
  • Providing timely feedback/Update to Management regarding the performance of the process and improvement areas

Responsibilities:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience with Handling Payroll, TAX remittance, and handling accounting practices
  • Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
  • Excellent math skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Graduate preferably from accounting/commerce/ Finance background
